Spontaneous Adventures
Last month, we went to Italy and planned to visit a few cities, but because of time and budget, we initially decided not to go to Rome. Our trip was going to include: Salt Lake City to Barcelona, Barcelona to Milan, Milan to Parma, Parma to Bologna, Bologna to Verona, and Verona back to the states.
We did not have much time to explore other cities. Even though Rome had always been a dream of mine, it just didn’t seem possible.
Then, one random day, we decided to make time for it and go, even if it was for just one night. That decision turned into the best day of my life. We took a train to Rome and has the best time ever. Rome is without a doubt my favorite place I’ve ever been, and I’m so grateful we chose to go.
